Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.

The Refund will be for the following reasons and the process is shared against the same:

The order may be cancelled before shipment for the following reasons:

a)       1-The order cannot be shipped within the specified timeframe.

b)       2- On customer’s request, in written and telephonic both as registered while ordering.

c)       3- The shipping address is not serviceable.

d)       4- Any other reasons, which is beyond the control of the company or its vendors included in our operations.

e)        5 - In case the customer feels that after booking a product he wants a cancellation of the same before we ship the product as the products are handed over to the courier partner on the evening daily for processing we would request to inform in advance for the same - if order is booked on or after 10.00 a.m  kindly note available time for cancellation before shipment would be 2 hours on the same day, orders booked before 10.00 a.m have 6 hours for cancellation from the customers end (before the product is shipped).


The order may be cancelled after shipment for the following reasons:

a)       Established defect in the product is neither repairable/replaceable by the merchant.

b)       Shipping address not traceable, door locked, wrong or incomplete Address provided or customer not available.

c)       Customer refused to take the delivery.

d)       Products damaged during transit and delivery.

e)       Right or correct product as ordered by the Customer could not be delivered.


Please Note: Please do not receive the delivery if the packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. 



a)       Ensure if the product has refund/exchange options as perishable/customised/natural products may not have the feature.

b)       Cancellation and refund requests for products shall not be eligible under manufacturer warranty.

c)       The refund will be processed once the returned product is received at our end.

d)       Ensure a note attached along with the product mentioning the Interaction Id, Name, Full Address, Contact number and the order number and a description of the reason for return/exchange of the product.

e)       The return courier tracking number not intimated to Aum Zone Online Services Pvt Ltd, is not eligible for refund.

f)        The order returned must accompany the accessories/freebies attached with the product package else the cost of accessories/freebies will be recovered from the refund.

g)       Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.

h)       If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.


Refund Process

          i.            Please connect with our Customer Care via e-mail or kindly feel free to call us.

        ii.            The Customer care post validating the request shall take the request for refund or exchange.

      iii.            Ensure to take the Service Request Id and the return address from our Customer Care.

       iv.            The method of packaging (to ensure safety of the product) has to be adhered by as communicated by our customer care.

         v.            Label the product along with your order number, return address and your address.

       vi.            Please share the awb/tracking number of the courier with our customer care

     vii.            The orders will be considered for refund only if the seller receives the order in an undamaged condition (there should be no scratches, dent and unused condition etc).

Caution: Please ensure to pack the product properly as instructed by the customer care before handing over to the courier.


A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met

i.                     The product is completely broken or unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer.

ii.                   The product is returned beyond the required return date or you have not informed us about the concern during the warranty period.               

iii.                 The above process doesn’t apply to Prasads, Pujas, Books & CDs and customised orders.

iv.                  The order returned doesn’t accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order.

v.                    Any other product which Aum Zone Online Services Pvt Ltd deems fit from time to time.


Please Note:

· is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order, for the reason mentioned above.

·         On cancellation of an order you are entitled to receive fund based on pay mode table mentioned in the refund timeline plus the shipping charges.

·         We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Aum Zone Online Service Pvt Ltd. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Refund processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement.

·         Refund Cheque will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers.

·         In case the refund Cheque is lost by customer, Cheque will be reissued in15 days on the receipt of affidavit.

·         In case of incorrect name on the refund Cheque, a new Cheque will be reissued in 15 days on the receipt of original Cheque from the customer.

·         If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact customer care for further assistance.
