If our products have been damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org along with the images of the product along with the packaging and the scanned copy of the Invoice.
We will issue the refund less the shipping charges to the payment method opted while purchasing the product/products. We will also provide you a Gift Coupon of upto Rs 250 to compensate expenses incurred to ship us back the product. On how to use the Gift Coupon the instruction swill be provided in the same mailer.
In order to make things fair and to help you avail benefits of our fair Return/Refund Policy, kindly adhere the below mentioned:
- All items returned must be in unused condition, the tags & sticker if any to be intact.
- The Freebies associated with the product (if any) also needs to be shipped back along with the product, or will attract refund less the cost of the freebies
- We expect that while returning the product, the packaging should ensure safety of the product. We won’t be able to entertain if the products received are damaged in transit. For example if the product is returned for an exchange/wrong product delivery without proper packaging and gets damaged in transit, then we will not be responsible for the damage and we may not be in a position for the replacement.
- There will be no refund on Exchange Products.
- Once the damaged products are sent to Aum Zone and we recieve the product we will review the same and dispatch the new product (if required) within 15 - 20 working days from the date of receiving the product from the customer, for knowing the issue of the damage we will be taking a minimum of 2 - 3 working days and then confirm the state of damage on the product if any (during transit or manufacturing or customer side defect).
